Introducing the BNR Version 3 S5 for the MZR platform!  Our latest revision is a totally different turbocharger design over the older S5 and S6!  This unit will replace the current S5/6 and will supply enough air for middle 600's wheel horsepower with great response along with a compact internal wastegate design! 

Our new S5 is a ceramic dual ball bearing G30-770 center section and is rated for 770 BHP.  The exhaust housing is .82 a/r and has a mega sized 32mm internal wastegate port!  The compressor housing is our .70 a/r T04B casting with a 3.5" inlet with antisurge port (T51R mod) along with an extended 2.25" outlet.  Our internal wastegate actuator also got a bump in spring pressure so customers can really pump out big boost.  Base boost is preset at 18 psi but can easily be preloaded up to 22 psi for the ones that want to reach maximum potential from this turbocharger.
