
Mazda RX7 FD HT12 Stage 1 Center housing rotating assemblies 1992-2002
These HT12 Stage 1 Center Housing Rotating Assemblies are brand new and require no core exchange! These fit all units with the nylon insert inside the compressor housing from 1999-2002. *MUST PORT WASTEGATE!!!!
*May require some clearancing to the nylon abradable inserts. clearance can be done with a die grider, tootsie roll sand paper bit, or a lathe. The OEM inserts are not machined centered from the factory and have approximately .020" of movement from insert to compressor housing opening. Â
Here are the details on the new BNR Stage 1 center housing rotating assemblies:
- GT28 Casting turbine wheel
- Left hand shaft nut
- high performance 360 degree, dynamic thrust assembly(dual feed)
- Dynamic, billet seal plate (less drag than stock carbon seal setup)
- BNR’s drop in Billet compressor wheel upgrade with 15% more peak flow over stock (Generation 2 aero)
- Dynamically balanced less than .5 gram/in2 as a rotating assembly
- O ring grooved bearing housing
