These HT12 Stage 1 Center Housing Rotating Assemblies are brand new and require no core exchange!  These fit all units with the nylon insert inside the compressor housing from 1999-2002.  *MUST PORT WASTEGATE!!!!

*May require some clearancing to the nylon abradable inserts.  clearance can be done with a die grider, tootsie roll sand paper bit, or a lathe.  The OEM inserts are not machined centered from the factory and have approximately .020" of movement from insert to compressor housing opening.  

Here are the details on the new BNR Stage 1 center housing rotating assemblies:

  • GT28 Casting turbine wheel
  • Left hand shaft nut
  • high performance 360 degree, dynamic thrust assembly(dual feed)
  • Dynamic, billet seal plate (less drag than stock carbon seal setup)
  • BNR’s drop in Billet compressor wheel upgrade with 15% more peak flow over stock (Generation 2 aero)
  • Dynamically balanced less than .5 gram/in2 as a rotating assembly
  • O ring grooved bearing housing
