CORE INSTRUCTIONS

*S4 turbochargers we need to know how to port the turbine inlet.  If you have the switching actuator in the exhaust manifold, the inlet can’t be ported much on the smaller port side.  If you have deleted the switching actuator, we can enlarge the smaller port to the size of the larger port.  When you print the turbo core instructions just let me know if you have the switching actuator!   My personal opinion is if it works leave it!*

  • BNR drop in G30 turbine wheel upgrade
  • 58mm G770 point milled billet compressor wheel
  • BNR T04B Compressor housing with antisurge port (.70 a/r with 3.5″ inlet)
  • New CHRA (Center Housing Rotating Assembly)
  • High performance 360 degree thrust assembly
  • Upgraded wastegate actuator assembly (crack pressure 10-14psi)
  • CNC Ported wastegate and valve assembly (34MM)
  • Ported turbine inlet
